Boys Scouts Will Be Out to Collect Bags of Food Saturday
The scouts left the bags on people's doorsteps last Saturday.
Mark Hayes is a representative with the Greater St. Louis Area Council Boy Scouts of America chapter. He says all the food collected Saturday will remain in the local communities.
Hayes says people should donate as if they were providing for their own families because there are a lot of people in need across the region.
Hayes says donations can also be dropped off at any Casey's General Store location and at the Schnucks supermarket in Carbondale.
