LOUISVILLE, KY (WEKU) - Government officials and historians in Kentucky and across the country are making preparations to mark the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth. The 16th president was born in Hodgenville, Kentucky in 1809. Kentucky Public Radio's Rick Howlett, who's with partner station WFPL, spoke with Kent Whitworth, executive director of the Kentucky Historical Society, about the bicentennial celebration.
