Two Men Charged in Dongola Homicide
(2009-11-02)
(wsiu) - Two people are charged in connection with a Union County homicide.

Union County State's Attorney Tyler Edmonds says 26-year-old Michael Ellis of Elkville was arrested over the weekend in Chickasaw County, Mississippi on a First Degree Murder charge. Ellis fled the area and was caught by Mississippi authorities after he tried to avoid a traffic safety road-block.

A co-defendant, 27-year-old Tommy Reams of Dowell was arrested last week. Reams is charged with two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of Home Invasion.

Both Ellis and Reams are charged in connection with the October 22nd murder of Gerald Dziczkowski of rural Dongola. His body was found in his home.

Reams and Ellis are both being held on two million dollars bond.
