Former U.P. man sentenced on child porn charges
They say the charges grew from an Australian investigation that led to the child pornography conviction of Jerry A. Browder of Batesville, Indiana. Prosecutors say Browder and Miller traded child pornography on the internet.
Judge Sarah Evans Barker of U.S. District court in Indianapolis also sentenced Miller Wednesday to a life term of supervised release.

The U.S. Justice Department says a former Upper Peninsula man has pleaded guilty to 37 child pornography charges and been sentenced to 33 years, four months in prison. Federal prosecutors in Michigan and Indiana brought charges against Kenneth W. Miller, 43, formerly of Iron River. They say the charges grew from an Australian investigation that led to the child pornography conviction of Jerry A. Browder of Batesville, Indiana. Prosecutors say Browder and Miller traded child pornography on the internet.
Judge Sarah Evans Barker of U.S. District court in Indianapolis also sentenced Miller Wednesday to a life term of supervised release.
