Part 1: Dan Maffei Discusses Cash For Clunkers and ARRA SYRACUSE, NY (wrvo) - Central New York Congressman Dan Maffei (NY-25) has completed his first 7 months in office, where he finds himself caught up in of one of the most active congresses in decades. In part one of our interview, Maffei talks about the government's "Cash for Clunkers" program and one of his first major votes as a congressman: the federal stimulus package. When asked if he thought the stimulus package was working so far Maffei told WRVO's Jason Smith it's hard to tell.
