Apple Harvest Yields Conflict Between Workers, Farmers and Feds

There just aren't enough people to pick apples-or at least people who are documented. That's what farmers in rural Wayne County say. So Latino immigrants, some here legally, some not, pick the apples instead. Those who support the migrant workers say the population is being harassed, even stalked, by Border Patrol agents. The agents says their job is to patrol the border-and if they pick up illegal immigrants along the way, so be it. It's all coming to a head in an unlikely place.
