Upstate Lawmakers Are Hopeful For High-Speed Rail

A new impact study shows that construction of high-speed rail in Upstate New York's Empire Corridor could create nearly 250-thousand jobs. A coalition of lawmakers met in Syracuse yesterday to release the report and update the status of a potential high-speed rail line that would run from Albany to Buffalo. WRVO's Ryan Morden has more.
