Meet the Candidate: Doug Hoffman OSWEGO, NY (wrvo) - In one week from today, voters in New York's 23rd Congressional District will head to the polls to vote for a new member of congress. Voters may have only seen or heard the candidates through radio or television advertising.

This week, we'll be hearing from all 3 candidates, who recently stopped by the WRVO studios. Our second interview is with Conservative, Doug Hoffman.
