The Hamilton College Arboretum Association will present free workshops on the Hamilton campus. Everyone interested in gardens and landscapes is encouraged to attend.

Mike Mahanna, consulting arborist and owner of the landscape company “The How-To Gardener” in Clinton, N.Y., will direct this talk and walk. Dress warmly. Participants will briefly review the characteristics used in tree identification, then head outside — with their hot beverage — to test their skills and tour the Hamilton Arboretum for about an hour.
