| Redhouse Arts Center is seeking a Production Manager /Technical Director for small multi-arts Center in Syracuse, NY. Position includes, the daily responsibility for the technical operations of Redhouse Productions and arts center activities, including lighting, sound, and scenic construction. The position also requires coordinating the production design, budgeting, construction, and technical plans, rehearsals and implementation for all productions, while overseeing a safe work environment. The position requires scheduling and budgeting skills, management of employees and hiring of crews, as well as proficiency with sound and lighting. Candidates must possess excellent construction skills and have an understanding of scenic construction techniques and engineering. Redhouse produces a main-stage theater season, as well as presents dance, theater, music, and film. Position has full-time salary and health benefits.
