(RIPR) - University of Rhode Island Marine Biologist Robert Campbell recently returned from a trip to the arctic, where he was on the first-ever winter research mission in the Bering Sea. Campbell studies tiny ocean animals known as plankton to try to predict the effects of global warming. RIPR education reporter Elisabeth Harrison visited his lab on URI's bay campus to find out more about his most recent arctic voyage.
