Rich lives with her family in Providence, where she is an eighth-grade student at the Wheeler School. In her free time, Lena enjoys playing tennis, piano, rowing, swimming, and, especially, writing. In 2010, Lena was awarded 1st place for fiction writing from the Rhode Island Council of Teachers of English.
