Obama's Louisiana campaign director is 2008 Loyola-N.O. grad
The Obama campaign announced Thursday that the campaign will be led by David Huynh, who joined a boutique media consulting firm in New Orleans as an associate in April, and took a leave of absence in July to work on Obama's campaign.
Huynh is a district delegate pledged to Obama for next week's Democratic National Convention in Denver. He managed winning campaigns last year for state Representative Karen Carter Peterson and state Senator Cheryl Gray, and for Beasley Denson, tribal chief of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
