Jindal to speak at GOP convention BATON ROUGE, LA. (AP) (wrkf) - Governor Bobby Jindal will speak at the Republican National Convention next month. But it's not the keynote role some political watchers had speculated Jindal might receive.

Instead former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will give the keynote address.

Jindal will speak September 3, before the vice presidential nominee, according to the schedule. Republicans will gather in St. Paul, Minnesota, beginning September 1 in the formal process to nominate John McCain for president. © Copyright 2009, wrkf
