Energy policy debated in N.O. NEW ORLEANS (AP) (wrkf) - Eight congressional lawmakers are in New Orleans to debate national energy policy.

The debate comes amid concerns about a national economic slowdown, with calls for an energy strategy being fueled in part by high gasoline prices.
