Cao making copies of health bill to libraries NEW ORLEANS (AP) (wrkf) - A congressman from New Orleans is giving his constituents a way to pore over the health care bill being considered in the U.S. House even if they don't have Internet access.

A press release from Congressman Anh "Joseph" Cao (Gow) says his office is making copies of the nearly 2,000-page bill available for inspection at 17 libraries and two law schools in the 2nd District.
