The Laramie Project: 10 Years Later LARAMIE, WYO. (wpr) - This evening, Laramie will be one of more than 150 locations in all 50 states and around the world to debut "The Laramie Project: 10 Years Later." The new work is an epilogue to the original play, created by the New York-based Tectonic Theater Project. That play documented reactions, in Laramie, to the brutal murder of gay University of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard, who was killed in 1998.
