Hathaway scholarship and its impacts on student learning WYOMING (wpr) - In 2007 a group was formed to increase the number and percentage of students committed to and completing challenging high school coursework. It is called the P-16 council. Right now the council is in the midst of a study of the Hathaway scholarship and its impacts on student learning, along with many other important discussions.
