PBS chief to speak in Wyoming
P-B-S President and C-E-O Paula Kerger says quality local programming is important, but from a national standpoint she wants to focus on three key areas.

The Public Broadcasting System is facing some challenges as it tries to remain relevant in the 21st century. P-B-S President and C-E-O Paula Kerger says quality local programming is important, but from a national standpoint she wants to focus on three key areas.
