Lummis tries to modify Cap and Trade bill

As Democratic members of the U-S House try to reach a compromise over Cap and Trade legislation, Wyoming Representative Cynthia Lummis is doing some work of her own. She is working with Republicans to develop what she calls a softer version of cap and trade. She says the democrats would hurt the energy industry and consumers."It's going to increase the average family's energy bill by about 31 hundred dollars. It is a national energy tax."
