Shooting Victim in Fair Condition PIKE CO., OH (WOUB) - The victim of a shooting in Pike County earlier this week is in fair condition, according to a spokeswoman at a Columbus area hospital.

29 year-old Robert Lee Vance was airlifted to the hospital after being shot in the early morning hours on Tuesday.

Pike County Sheriff's deputies have 43 year-old Thomas Ross in custody in connection with the shooting, and have charged him with Attempted Murder, as well as weapons under disability, and cultivation of marijuana.

Ross is being held under a 270-thousand dollar bond.
