Ross County man sentenced FRANKFORT, OH (WOUB) - A Ross County man who stole nearly $57,000 from Concord Township EMS will serve 17 months in prison.

When he was sentenced yesterday, 51-year-old Joseph McGowan of Frankfort was also ordered to pay restitution and court costs.
