Mondo Resigns NELSONVILLE, OH (WOUB) - Nelsonville Council President Anita Mondo has resigned from her council position.

She said goodbye to fellow council members after last night's meeting.

In her resignation letter, Mondo says she is no longer able to give enough time or attention to her responsibilities because other commitments that require more time than before.

She says her past five years on council have been an honor.
