Zanesville mayor upset ZANESVILLE, OH (WOUB) - Zanesville Mayor Howard Zwelling is upset with City Council.

Councilmembers voted to table an ordinance pushed by the mayor that would fund improvements to Secrest Auditorium, Gant Stadium, and a skate park.

The mayor proposed to roll over a bond to pay the one million dollar cost.
