Chillicothe homocide CHILLICOTHE, OH (WOUB) - An arrest has been made in what Chillicothe authorities say is a murder case.

20-year-old Casey Pigge is being held in the Ross County Jail.

Police Chief Jeff Keener says 52-year old Rhonda Sommers was killed before a fire was set at her West Second Street residence Friday.

Autopsy evidence supports that finding.

Keener says the suspect and victim knew each other but is unable to specify a motive at this time.
