Fatal car crash in Scioto County SCIOTO COUNTY, OH (WOUB) - A car crash in Scioto County has killed one person.

The Portsmouth Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the one car crash that occurred Saturday morning.

A police report says the car went off the left side of the road, across a driveway, struck a tree, and overturned.

The driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
