(WOUB) - A third Athens County teenager charged in the Nelsonville pipe bombing incidents last month, is due in court today.

18-year-old Roy Plant of Nelsonville has an arraignment on five felony charges in connection to the incidents.

Two men have already agreed to plea agreements in the pipe bombings.

18-year-old Bryson Cuthill of Nelsonville pled guilty on Wednesday to three counts of illegally manufacturing or processing explosives, one count of arson and one count of aggravated arson, all felonies.

He was sentenced to two years in prison.

Cuthill was also sentenced to five years probation with a 15-year suspended sentence.

He must also pay more than $2,500 in restitution.

19-year-old Logan Clay of Nelsonville was the first man to be sentenced, receiving five years probation, 80 hours of community service and a 30 month suspended suspended prison sentence last week.

Assistant Prosecutor Keller Blackburn says Clay was the least responsible for the pipe bomb incidents which caused thousands of dollars to a Nelsonville camera shop.
