World Championship of Cornhole in Scioto Co.
(WOUB) - The sight of bean bags flying through the air is becoming a summer time tradition in Scioto County.

Thousand of people once again flocked to the city of Portsmouth this weekend for the third annual World Championship of Cornhole.

Nearly 120 teams played in the all-day event Saturday including some from as far away as California.

Theo Baca and R.J. Strange from a team dubbed the Bombers won the competition for the second year in a row.

The duo from Cincinnati took home a prize package that included $1,000 and of course, championship belts.

All of the money raised from Saturday's event go to benefit the Ohio chapter of the American Red Cross.
