19-year-old found guilty of vehicular homicide
(WOUB) - A 19-year-old Mount Perry man has been sentenced to four years in prison.

Matthew Balsley was found guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide by the Perry County Common Pleas court.

In September 2007 Balsley caused a car accident in Madison Township that killed 16-year-old Tessa Mills, a passenger in his car.

Prosecutor Joseph Flautt said Balsley was driving while intoxicated.
