COAD to get Funding
(WOUB) - The Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development is among 10 local agencies awarded state money for energy efficiency.

The Electric Partnership Program is giving out 11-million dollars to help the agencies in their efforts to save energy.

CO-AD will be awarded more than two-million dollars.

CO-AD energy services manager Tom Baer says the money will be used to help businesses save energy and money.

CO-AD helps businesses by providing energy-efficient appliances, such as compact fluorescent lights and new refrigerators.
