Trimble beating and robbery suspects indicted
(WOUB) - A Lancaster man has been indicted for allegedly robbing and beating an Athens County woman.

39-year-old Harold Artis was indicted yesterday for felonious assault, aggravated burglary, and aggravated robbery.

The victim - Lori Boerstler - is reportedly still hospitalized following last week's beating.

Athens County Prosecutor Dave Warren says, if convicted, Artis faces double penalties because he's a repeat offender.

Artis' alleged collaborators were also indicted by the grand jury.

They are 19-year-old Stanley Mason Junior of Columbus, 31-year-old Holly Tschudy of Logan and 19-year old Josh Csaszer of Mount Gilead.

A fifth suspect - 17-year-old Michael May of Columbus - is charged as a juvenile with aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary, and Warren says May will be prosecuted as a serious youth offender.
