Pomeroy kidnapper still at large
(WOUB) - A Meigs County woman and two children were found in Columbus last night and police are still looking for her boyfriend, who allegedly abducted them.

Pomeroy Police Chief Mark Proffitt says authorities are looking for 34 year old Albert Bradford, who is facing charges for kidnapping and violating a protection well as domestic violence.

21 year old Natasha Jackson, her daughter and Bradford's son were found unharmed at the home of one of Bradford's family members.

They had all been living in Pomeroy.

According to Proffitt, Bradford had been arrested for domestic violence early Monday...then taken to court and released on his own recognizance that afternoon.

Proffitt says Bradford was notified that the state had filed a protection order for Jackson against him, and that he would be charged with another felony if he violated it...but Bradford ignored the order.

Chief Proffitt says it's believed that Bradford is in the Columbus area.
