Rail running again
(WOUB) - Rail service is running and all roads are open after Wednesday's train derailment near Albany.

While there are minor amounts of coal still on the ground, most all of it is cleaned up.

The accident occurred off of Route 681.

About 20 cars derailed destroying trees and dumping coal all over the area.

But Athens County Emergency Management Director Fred Davis says there were no injuries and little property damage.
