(2007-11-28)
(WOUB) - The Athens County Sheriff's Office says there's been a train wreck south of Athens -- near Hebardsville.

It was reported at 5-42 a-m and a dispatcher says Hebardsville Road has been closed.

No injuries reported and apparently no hazardous materials are involved.

The dispatcher says the Norfolk Southern Railroad train was hauling coal.

The Highway Patrol says 15 cars left the tracks.

The train was made up of 115 cars.
