Police say church camp counselor has previous conviction
(WOUB) - Police say the camp counselor accused of molesting three boys at a church camp in central Ohio had a misdemeanor conviction for indecent assault and corruption of a minor in Pennsylvania.

43 year old Timothy Stephen Keil was arraigned yesterday on felony charges of gross sexual imposition. A Perry County judge ordered him held on $200,000 dollars bond.

Sheriff's Lieutenant Paul Drake says Keil was sentenced in Pennsylvania in 1990 to four years' probation for the misdemeanor conviction.

Keil denied the most recent charges yesterday in an interview with WBNS TV in Columbus.

He says he did not harm any children at the Scioto Youth Camp earlier this month.

Authorities say Keil could face additional charges.
