Man indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide
(2007-02-28)
(WOUB) - A Ross County man has been indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide after police say he hit and killed a woman and left the scene.

43 year old Charles McGraw the Second of Waverly allegedly was intoxicated and driving recklessly when his van struck 18 year old Rebecca Kuhn on February 12th.

Ross County Prosecutor Michael Ater told the Columbus Dispatch that McGraw was also charged with failure to stop at the scene of a fatal accident and a misdemeanor count of endangering children for having his 10 year old son in the van with him.

Ater also says an open beer can was found in the van after McGraw refused a blood alcohol test at the scene.
