Weller Garners Accolades ATHENS, OH (WOUB) - Ohio's week one loss showed the 'Cats weaknesses in several areas.
But there were also a few positives, most notably in the kicking game.
Kicker Matt Weller, in his first start as a Bobcat, booted a 50-yard field goal in the 4th quarter.
For that effort, the Mid-American Conference named Weller the East Division Special Teams Player of the Week.
He also added an extra point.
