(2010-06-25)
(WOUB) - The U-S Department of Health and Human Services is awarding Ohio University a recovery grant of more than 4 hundred thousand dollars.

Congressman Charlie announced the news Friday.

The money will be used for research on muscle weakness and performance and how the brain controls our muscles.

Wilson says it's a win-win situation - the money is funding research and employing workers.

This is the fifth grant O-U has received from federal stimulus funds.
