Morgan County teen sentenced to life in jail for aggravated murder MCCONNELSVILLE, OH (WOUB) - Travis Fischer is going to prison for life for aggravated murder.

The sentence for the Morgan County teenager was handed down yesterday. Fischer was also sentenced for rape, aggravated burglary, arson and grand theft.

All the convictions are connected to the beating death of Abi Matthews back in June.
