Athens woman dies in crash VINTON CO., OH (WOUB) - An Athens woman is dead after a car accident in Vinton County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 62-year-old Susan Tigner was driving her Ford Escort westbound on US Rt. 50 yesterday (Thursday) when she drove left of center.

Tigner struck a semi driven by 33-year-old Jeremy Runyon of Pomeroy head-on.
