Budget Stalemate Continues With Slots Proposal the Main Sticking Point

COLUMBUS, OH (wosu) -
A legislative panel is scheduled to meet Friday for a second day to address Strickland's proposal to authorize a total of 15,000 slot machines at the state's seven race tracks.
