Let It Roll- Songs By George Harrison
Capitol/EMI

Was featured on Wed. July 15th on "Things We Said Today" - The Beatles Hour with selections from the new George Harrison CD called "Let It Roll".

This is a true, career-spaning retrospective of Harrisons brilliant solo work. Compiled by Olivia Harrison, Georges' widow, the CD contains 19 tracks. Engineer on this project was Giles Martin, the son of legendary Beatles Producer George Martin. There is also a 28 page booklet included with the disc.

George Harrison may have been in the shadows of Lennon/McCartney in the early years, but as we listen to this new record, we will be reminded of his importance in the history of Rock N' Roll, not only as a superb guitar player, but as a brilliant songwriter.
