Why is the county doing this study and how will it ultimately affect the residents of Warren County? These and other questions will be answered.

2. Pocono Arts Council: John Del Re interviews Laura Goss from the Pocono Arts Council about their Spring into the Arts event.

Women's History Month: March is Women's History Month and Melanie Thiel interviews Dr. Deborah Diamond Fisch from the Northwest New Jersey Regional Women's Center about the events they have planned including March 26 on the campus of Centenary College which will consist of lectures on going green by women who are leaders in this area, music by Kathy Moser, and an organic lunch.

4. Book Review: Scott Acton interviews author Steve Knopper about his book "Appetite for Self-Destruction". The book explores the crash of the record industry in the digital age. [Book Review Article]
