Dowry was outlawed in India decades ago -- but families of some grooms still demand the payments illicitly. We'll hear in a minute how the new app is supposed to help. First, name the city where the app creators at India's largest dating website, shaadi.com, are based. It's the capital of the western Indian state of Maharashtra. And it has plenty of brides and grooms. With 20 million residents, this ranks as one of the most populated cities on the planet.
