Arrests made in Ishpeming armed robbery
A 17-year-old Ishpeming man has been charged with Armed Robbery, and is lodged in the Marquette County Jail. A 20-year-old Sagola woman has also been arrested as an accomplice on the same charge. Two other suspects--a 20-year-old Iron Mountain man and a 17-year-old Ishpeming male--have been identified as being part of the robbery. The Iron Mountain man is currently lodged in the Dickinson County Jail on unrelated charges, and the 17-year-old has not yet been located.
Authorities believe the firearm used in the crime was actually a BB gun, which has not been recovered. Armed robbery is punishable by up to life in prison.

Arrests have been made in connection with an armed robbery in Ishpeming. Last Wednesday's incident took place around 11 p.m. on the 500 block of Maple Street. Four people entered the residence--one of them with what was believed to be a shotgun--and demanded drugs and money. A 17-year-old Ishpeming man has been charged with Armed Robbery, and is lodged in the Marquette County Jail. A 20-year-old Sagola woman has also been arrested as an accomplice on the same charge.
