City Officials continue to look for buyers for the Founders Landing Property MARQUETTE, MI (wnmu) - Marquette city officials are hoping to sell the northernmost parcel of the Founders Landing Property. The planning committee in charge of the Landing project have been revising the requirements for the property, also known as Parcel 3. Dennis Stachewicz is the City Planning and Zoning Administrator for Marquette. He says the progress on the project has many benefits for Marquette residents. Stachewicz says there are a few groups interested in the property however, they have chosen to remain anonymous. He adds that they hope to have the Parcel 3 project completed by October.
