Psychologists tapped to examine Menominee River shooter
Marinette County Circuit Judge Tim Duket named psychologists Debra Collins, Erik Knudson and Allen Hauer to examine the defendant. District Attorney Brent Debord says the doctors are to file reports to the judge no later than December 1st.

A judge has appointed three psychologists to examine a Michigan man accused in a shooting rampage that killed three teenagers at a river on the Wisconsin-Michigan border. Scott Johnson, 38, of Kingsford has pleaded Not Guilty and Not Guilty by Reason of Mental Disease or Defect to ten felonies in the July 31st shootings, including three counts of First-Degree Intentional Homicide.Marinette County Circuit Judge Tim Duket named psychologists Debra Collins, Erik Knudson and Allen Hauer to examine the defendant.
