Fall Adopt-a-Highway begins UNDATED (wnmu) - Michigan's fall Adopt-a-Highway will begin tomorrow (Saturday) and go until September 21st. Adopt-a-highway is a statewide program which involves volunteers from schools, churches, businesses, college clubs, and families. The fall pick-up will be the 3rd and final pick-up of the year. There will be precisely 2,600 groups out during the 9 day period. There has been a reminder to all motorists to be aware and cautious of volunteers on the sides of the roads. © Copyright 2009, wnmu
