State/Marquette County races decided
In the 108th District, Judy Nerat won the chance to face republican Mike Falcon in the general election.
In the race for Marquette County Prosecutor, incumbent Gary Walker soundly defeated former State Representative Stephen Adamini.
In a close contest, challenger Jim Bjorne lost to incumbent Marquette County Sheriff Mike Lovelace. Lovelace will face Republican John Pizzi in the general election.
And Harvey Wallace won a two-year term on the Marquette County Board. He defeated Tony Tollefson.
In Republican races, Tom Casperson easily defeated Linda Goldthorpe and Don Hooper in a contest to face incumbent Bart Stupak for the District 1 U.S. House Seat in November.
