A Brimley girl is dead, following a one-vehicle accident in Chippewa County. Troopers from the Sault Ste. Marie post say the incident occurred early Saturday morning on Tower Road in Bay Mills Township. Officers say 16-year-old Lauren Bolles of Brimley was westbound when her vehicle left the roadway and struck some trees. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Bolles was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, and alcohol use is unknown at this time. Troopers are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to call the Soo post at 632-2216.
